Architecture Before Autonomy
The PASS system is engineered from first principles, integrating digital logic, physical deployment, and infrastructure scale into a unified autonomous framework.
Engineered for Zero Failure.
Moving from Digital Logic to Physical Deployment.
The PASS system is not a modified car, it is a ground-up reimagining of urban movement. Our technology stack is built on three decades of systems engineering, designed in alignment with ISO 26262 functional safety protocols as we move toward full certification.
Level 4 Autonomous Logic
Built on the Chreos Engineering Program, PASS is powered by Guardian Logic, a proprietary autonomy system engineered to manage the complex physics of autonomous movement through layered reasoning, onboard redundancy, and real-time mesh coordination.
Triple-Sensor Fusion
The system integrates Solid-State LiDAR, 77GHz Radar, and HD Vision into a unified perception stack that maintains consistent spatial awareness across changing environments.
Onboard Redundancy
The pod does not rely on a constant cloud connection to remain safe. Safety logic is implemented locally within the onboard system, enabling a deterministic Safe Stop protocol even in complete network isolation.
Real-Time Mesh
Pods communicate with the Pass Grid to optimize traffic flow and energy consumption across the island, transforming individual vehicle movement into coordinated system performance.
Industrial-Scale Monolithic Construction
Most autonomous vehicles are built on traditional car frames. PASS is different. We utilize a single-piece 6061-T6 aluminum monolithic chassis engineered for safety and integration.
Zero-Mold Technology
A proprietary manufacturing process designed for rapid scaling without the massive capital expenditure of traditional automotive tooling, supporting agile deployment of production capacity.
Energy Integration
The chassis is engineered to house high-density solid-state battery arrays, lowering the center of gravity, improving stability, and increasing passenger safety through structural integration.

The 125GWh National Grid
Our technology is not only within the pod. It extends to the road itself. The Pass Grid uses a modular solar canopy mesh that protects the road surface and generates surplus clean energy. This is a circular energy model: the sun powers the pod, and the pod powers the nation.
